If you're here, something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to. Maybe it’s stress that won’t let up, relationship struggles, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’re just tired of carrying things alone. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—because you aren’t broken. It’s about giving you the tools and space to work through what’s in front of you with someone who’s got your back. If you’re unsure, we can set up a quick call to see if it’s a good fit.here

Online therapy works just like in-person therapy, just without the commute. We meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, so you can talk from wherever you feel most comfortable—whether that’s your home, office, or even your truck between jobs.
All you need is:
A private space where you can talk freely
A stable internet connection
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
Many of my clients find online therapy to be just as effective as in-person sessions, especially since it removes barriers like travel time and scheduling conflicts. If you’re not sure if it’s the right fit, we can talk through any concerns before you start.Areas I frequently help with include:
Stress and burnout
Relationship challenges
Fatherhood and navigating big life shifts
First responder mental health and resilience
Anger, frustration, and emotional regulation
Existential concerns (meaning, purpose, identity)

I specialize in working with men—whether it’s high-achieving professionals, first responders, dads, or guys who just want more out of life but aren’t sure where to start. My approach is direct, conversational, and geared toward helping you take action—not just talk in circles.
Areas I frequently help with include:
-
Straight talk, no fluff. Therapy with me isn’t about nodding along or just processing emotions—though there’s space for that too. Expect a mix of deep conversation, direct feedback, and practical tools you can apply right away. We’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck and build a way forward that actually works for you.
-
Yes. What you share in therapy stays between us. Your records, our conversations, and even the fact that you’re attending therapy are all protected by confidentiality. This privacy is what makes therapy a safe space to be open and honest.
That said, there are a few legal exceptions where I’m required to break confidentiality:
If you give written permission to share information.
If your records are subpoenaed for legal reasons.
If I’m legally required to report a situation, such as:
Suspected child abuse or neglect
Suspected elder or dependent adult abuse
If you are in immediate danger of seriously harming yourself
If you threaten serious harm to another person
If there is knowledge of possession or viewing of child pornography
These situations are rare, but if they ever come up, I will always do my best to discuss them with you first. If you have concerns about confidentiality, we can talk through them so you feel clear and comfortable before we start.

It depends on what you’re looking for. Some guys come in for a few months to work through a specific challenge. Others stay longer for deeper work, ongoing support, or to keep themselves accountable. My goal is to help you get what you need, not keep you in therapy forever.
-
If you’re in law enforcement, firefighting, EMS, or another high-stress field, you deal with things most people don’t understand. Your job requires mental toughness, but it also comes with unique challenges—hypervigilance, stress, and the pressure to "keep it together." My work with first responders is built around practical support, resilience, and giving you tools that actually work in high-pressure environments. No judgment, no forced vulnerability—just real conversations about what you’re facing.
-
Absolutely. Becoming a dad is one of the biggest shifts you’ll ever go through. It’s overwhelming, isolating, and nothing fully prepares you for it. A lot of guys feel lost, disconnected, or like they’re doing it all wrong. I help new dads navigate this transition by getting clear on what matters, managing stress, and building confidence in their role—so they can show up for their family without losing themselves in the process.]

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services if you are not using insurance or are uninsured. This is designed to give you a clear idea of the cost of your care before you begin.
Here’s what you need to know:
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of therapy services.
This estimate must be provided in writing at least one business day before your first session (or sooner upon request).
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
Be sure to save a copy of your estimate for your records.
If you have any questions or want more details about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, you can visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
