How I work

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that real change happens when men have a space to be honest—without judgment, without pressure, and without the expectation to “just deal with it.

Too often, men are told to push through, tough it out, or handle things on their own. But white-knuckling your way through life doesn’t fix what’s really going on—it just buries it deeper. Therapy should be a place where you can finally get real about what’s not working, figure out why, and do something about it.
